Ace City Security Officers are the front line of customer services provision, with a high level of responsibility. The role involves the protection of our clients premises, staff and property, from the threat of: Theft, Vandalism, Fire or Violence.
Ace City Security is committed to very high standards of Health and Safety working practices and complies with all current industry legislation, guidance and directives.
Our experienced management team will carry out Risk Assessments and ensure our staff are briefed accordingly.
All operatives are trained in; First Aid, Search Techniques, Health and Safety, Fire Wardens Duties, Report Writing, Customer Care, Civil and Criminal Law, Radio Procedures, Emergency Procedures and Drug Awareness as well as our open industry specialities.
All Operatives will, during a shift:
• Identify Risk to the security of the premises.
• Prevent unauthorised intrusion to restricted areas.
• Deal with emergencies.
• Prevent Accidents.
• Communicate Effectively.
• Maintain Flood and Fire Watch.
Ultimately our aim is to protect your premises and lower your Portfolio Risk.
