Door Supervisors are primarily tasked to care for and protect all staff, the patron and the premises. This can only be achieved by behaving in a manner that defeats aggressive behaviour before it starts.
The aim is to ensure that by their actions; your public image will increase, thereby improving profitability.
All our Operatives are Disclosure Scotland Screened and are trained in Health and Safety, Fire Wardens Duties, Report Writing, Customer Care, Civil and Criminal Law, Radio Procedures, Control and Restraint, Disability Awareness as well as our own industry specialities. All are working towards Security Industry Authority License Training, which becomes compulsory in November 2007.
All training documents are available for the clients to peruse. This is why Ace City Security spends so much time developing our operatives also ensuring that they are courteous, well presented and responsive.
Ace City Security is committed to very high standards of Health and Safety working practices and complies with all current industry legislation, guidance and directives.
